ForTheVeteran is seeking a driven, results-oriented Marketing Director to lead our marketing organization and help us reach and serve even more veterans.As Marketing Director, you will oversee marketing across multiple channels — including brand, social media, content, SEO, and partnerships — with a strong focus on increasing brand awareness, engaging the veteran community, and generating qualified leads. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who identifies opportunities, builds the systems to execute on them, and consistently measures and improves results.Essential Duties and Responsibilities● Develop, own, and execute the company's overall marketing strategy and roadmap, establishing clear goals, KPIs, and reporting to measure and improve results.● Lead the development of creative campaigns and maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.● Own the company's social media and content strategy, building systems to grow audience, engagement, and brand awareness while telling veteran stories that highlight our mission.● Develop and manage the company's organic SEO strategy, identifying content opportunities and tracking traffic, rankings, and conversions.● Identify and build marketing partnerships and community initiatives with veteran organizations, businesses, influencers, and other partners to expand reach.● Establish a consistent testing framework across marketing channels, tracking key KPIs and using data to drive campaign performance and optimization.● Build the processes, systems, and infrastructure needed for the marketing department to scale, managing internal resources as well as outside agencies, contractors, and vendors.● Other duties as assigned.RequirementsQualifications● Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.● Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, SEO, and campaign development.● Experience using analytics and KPIs to evaluate and improve marketing performance.● Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● Experience managing employees, contractors, agencies, or marketing partners.● Ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with leadership.● Experience marketing to veterans, military families, healthcare consumers, legal services, financial services, or other mission-driven audiences is a plus.BenefitsBenefits● Full-time, fully remote position with a flexible work environment● Generous PTO● Paid company holidays● Professional development and advancement opportunities● Ongoing support and collaboration from an engaged leadership team● The opportunity to have a direct impact on a rapidly growing organization● Meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of disabled veteransSchedule & Pay RateThis is a remote, full-time position with a flexible work environment. Compensation is $75,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience.
