The Job in a NutshellIn this role, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact, mobile-first creative for both Simulated and Real Money Casino brands. The role focuses on designing scalable, conversion-driven assets across web, mobile, CRM, and paid media channels, supporting the full player lifecycle and a portfolio of US B2B partner casino apps and websites. Working closely with CRM and Performance Marketing stakeholders, you’ll translate campaign objectives into engaging, performance-led visuals. This position sits at the heart of a rapidly expanding marketing operation following Sega Sammy Creation’s acquisition, contributing directly to growth across both simulated and real money gaming.A Sneak Peek into Your RoleDesigning mobile-first marketing assets across web, in-app, CRM, and paid acquisition channels.Creating responsive creative for landing pages, websites, and app-based experiences.Partnering closely with CRM and Lifecycle teams to bring email, push, and in-app messaging to life.Supporting A/B testing and creative optimisation by turning performance insights into smarter design choices.Collaborating with Performance Marketing teams on high-impact paid media creative.Creating product-focused designs and illustrations for new features, and partner integrations.Managing multiple projects in parallel while confidently meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.You’re good atYou have 3+ years of experience in a digital-focused marketing design role.Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Experience creating mobile-first, responsive assets across web, app, and marketing channels.Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, particularly for email and web-based assets.Confidence editing video content, including working with raw footage, sound, music, transitions, and visual effects.Experience creating motion graphics and animations to elevate video content.A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for visual quality.Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.Nice to haveExperience with CRM design and lifecycle or retention marketing.
