Marketing Data Analyst

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics Department.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of retargeting, performance, and media campaigns.
• Perform user segmentation, prepare samples, and analyze audience behavior across funnels.
• Validate data quality in sources and data marts; ensure correctness and completeness of marketing data.
• Work with new data sources: understand structure, export logic, and ensure proper data consistency.
• Maintain and update existing dashboards (metrics, filters, visualizations).
• Support automation of recurring analytical processes and reporting.
• Participate in preparation, execution, and analysis of A/B tests.
• Collaborate with marketing/ crm/ media buying teams to deliver actionable recommendations.

• Strong SQL skills (JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries, basic window functions).

• Understanding of data structures and experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio).
• Strong understanding of how advertising platforms work: impressions, clicks, attribution, event tracking.
• Solid knowledge of marketing metrics (ROI, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.).
• Attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to learn new tools and analytical approaches.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic).
• Python skills for data analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Experience building small automations or analytical pipelines.
• understanding of A/B testing methodology.
• English - B2 / Russian - native.
