Remote- Work from Home Rigdon Inc. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support sales operations and marketing activity within the assigned market. This role focuses on sales coordination, marketing support, reporting, scheduling review, and performance tracking. This is an office-based support role that does not involve managing employees, but it plays a key role in ensuring that sales representatives complete their assigned activities and that marketing efforts align with schedule demand and market needs. Key Responsibilities Track daily and weekly sales activity for each salesperson Monitor follow-ups, outreach, and assigned sales tasks for completion Identify and report missed activities, gaps, or performance issues Review daily and weekly schedules to identify underbooked days and open availability Flag high-demand and low-demand service areas within the market Notify leadership when additional email campaigns or targeted outreach are needed Support and assist with email marketing campaigns and local market outreach Track basic campaign timing and effectiveness metrics Maintain accurate records for sales activity, lead sources, and schedule utilization Prepare clear weekly reports outlining assigned tasks, completed actions, and required follow-up Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and administrative skills High attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with data, reports, spreadsheets, and CRM systems Ability to identify trends and patterns in sales activity and scheduling Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable holding others accountable through reporting Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, office administration, or scheduling is a plus Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, or reporting dashboards is helpful but not required Requirements Previous work-from-home experience preferred. Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute (wpm). At least 3 years of customer service and/or call center experience or scheduling experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong internet connectivity and a dedicated home office space, free from distractions. An up-to-date and fast laptop or desktop computer Rigdon will provide the required phone equipment. Comfortable in a dynamic, high-call-volume environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
