Marketing Coordinator – Content & Social Media

ITL Health is a family-owned health and wellness company specializing in premium magnesium supplements.  We’re looking for a creative, organized and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to support our day-to-day marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content creation. Working under the direction of the Marketing Director, you’ll turn established campaigns, product messaging and educational materials into engaging, on-brand content. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, executing and keeping projects moving. What You’ll Do: Manage and execute our social media content calendar Create Reels, Stories, carousels, graphics and other social content Edit short-form video and repurpose existing content across platforms Write, schedule and publish on-brand social content Coordinate and edit video content submitted by our sales team Support paid social campaigns and monitor basic performance metrics Assist with email campaigns, website updates and other digital marketing initiatives Support retailer and sales initiatives with marketing materials and occasional administrative tasks Jump in on other marketing projects as priorities evolve What We’re Looking For: Previous experience creating social content for a business or brand Strong content creation, short-form video editing and writing skills Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar tools Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social Basic understanding of social media analytics Organized, adaptable and comfortable balancing creative and administrative work Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Able to take direction, contribute ideas and follow projects through to completion Experience with email marketing, Shopify, Google Ads or health and wellness is an asset We’re a small, collaborative team, so flexibility is important. You don’t need to be an expert in every area of marketing -- we’re looking for someone who is eager to create, contribute and grow with the role.
