TradeSmith is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives designed to drive acquisition and revenue growth. This entry-level role combines hands-on list management, digital asset coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to help both internal and external marketing teams. The position offers exposure to various aspects of marketing operations and provides a solid foundation for career growth in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal marketing and editorial teams to plan, execute, and track ad placements effectively. Serve as a key liaison between editorial and marketing departments, ensuring smooth coordination of editorial mentions. Analyze past campaign performance data and the promotional calendar to inform scheduling decisions, identify trends, and optimize placement strategy. Assist external media buyers in coordinating campaign assets, communicating KPI’s and control creative across departments. Build and manage HTML assets to support email marketing efforts. Contribute to driving revenue growth through well-crafted editorial content and strategically placed ads. Provide support in managing abandoned emails to re-engage potential leads and optimize campaign performance. Work independently, managing daily tasks and priorities with minimal oversight to meet deadlines and objectives. Balance understanding of overall marketing strategies while executing the details and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Shadow experienced team members to gain valuable insights into marketing strategies and business operations, enhancing your skill set and growth. Qualifications 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred, but not required. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., SalesForce or similar) and list management. Basic HTML knowledge and digital asset management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented mindset with an ability to analyze marketing results. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in digital marketing.
