This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing coordination, logistics, and follow-through in a fast-moving creative environment. The RoleThis is an execution-focused support role, designed to keep marketing initiatives organized, on track, and running smoothly. You will work closely with internal team members and external partners to coordinate assets, timelines, platforms and budgets.This is not a strategy role, success in this position comes from accuracy, organization, and proactive communication. Responsibilities Campaign & Channel Support• Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and website• Manage day-to-day Pinterest platform execution, including:o Scheduling and publishing Pinso Uploading assets and copyo Maintaining boards and product taggingo Tracking basic Pinterest performance metrics Creative & Asset Coordination• Coordinate creative assets: links, copy and approvals across platforms• Maintain organized asset libraries and project folders• QA marketing assets (links, product tags, formatting, basic compliance) Influencer / PR - Support• Assist with influencer seeding, content tracking, lookbook creation, and reporting• Organize creator deliverables and timelines• Sample order submission and tracking. Shoot & Budget Coordination• Track and manage marketing shoot budgets, including:o Maintaining budget trackerso Logging expenses and invoiceso Ensuring budgets are followed and updatedo Submitting with GL codeso Flagging concerns• Coordinate shoot logistics support as needed (scheduling, shot list creation, timelines, asset delivery, follow-ups) Project & Reporting Support• Maintain marketing calendars and project trackers• Pull basic performance reports across channels• Assist with Shopify product updates and marketing-related tasks Support ongoing maintenance of the NuORDER platform, including:• Uploading and updating product information, imagery, and line sheets• Ensuring product data is accurate and current• Assisting with seasonal updates and showroom organization• Supporting internal team requests related to NuORDER assets and organization Requirements• 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or e-commerce• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail• Excellent written English and clear communication• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently• Experience with or willingness to learn:o Google Workspaceo Excelo dropboxo Pinterest (organic and/or paid basics)o Project management tools (slack / clickup)o Nuorder • Interest in fashion, swimwear, lifestyle, or sustainability a plus What Success Looks Like• Campaigns and Pinterest content are executed accurately and on schedule• Creative assets and budgets are organized and transparent• Shoot expenses are tracked cleanly and consistently• Calendars, trackers, and reports are always current• The marketing team feels supported and unblocked Working Style• Highly organized and detail-driven• Calm, reliable, and proactive• Comfortable receiving direction and feedback• Communicates clearly and flags issues early• Takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes Why This RoleThis role is a critical support function within the marketing team and offers hands-on exposure to brand marketing, content production, and campaign execution for a growing lifestyle brand.
