We now operate across 21 markets worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand.The RoleWe are looking for an analytical and creative Marketing Coordinator with 3–5 years of marketing experience to support Crimson Education’s continued growth in Canada. This role focuses on the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, email marketing, webinars and events, and partnership activities.The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in executing marketing tactics, creating high-quality marketing content, and executing events (digital and offline) to grow Crimson’s brand. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, writing compelling copy, and using data to continuously improve marketing performance.This is a remote position based in either Toronto or Vancouver; please only apply if you are located in one of these locations. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for correspondence from Team Tailor.What are the main responsibilities for this role?Campaign Execution & CoordinationSupport the execution of Crimson’s marketing initiatives in Canada, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion growth.Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring alignment with Crimson’s brand positioning and messaging.Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials including landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, digital publications, and promotional assets.Build and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions.Assist in the execution of marketing automation workflows to support lead nurturing and campaign performance.Content CreationWrite clear, compelling marketing copy for email campaigns, landing pages, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.Develop marketing assets including written content, basic video content, and campaign collateral, aligned with Crimson’s brand voice.Understand audience needs and psychographics to craft messaging that resonates with prospective students and families.Analytics & Performance OptimizationTrack marketing metrics, including lead generation, engagement, and funnel performance.Work closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and pipeline progression.Track campaign performance across channels. Provide insights and recommendations to help improve campaign performance and conversion rates.Events, Webinars & PartnershipsSupport the planning and execution of webinar campaigns from promotion through post-event follow-up and reporting, including hosting hour-long webinars.Coordinate marketing promotion for offline events and webinars, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and campaign materials.Assist with live event logistics and marketing coordination when required.Help manage relationships with strategic partners to support joint marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across campaigns.What qualifications are required?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field3–5 years of experience in a marketing coordination, campaign execution, or digital marketing role, with a preference for experience in the education spaceStrong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across competing deadlines.Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging marketing content across multiple channels.Experience executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities.Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: brand positioning, buyer personas, messaging, value propositions, and the sales funnel.Familiarity with visual branding and design principles to support content creation and campaign development.Confident public speaker, comfortable presenting to prospective families, leadership, and cross-functional teams.Comfortable working on a fully remote team across multiple time zones.Experience in education marketing or knowledge of global university admissions (US, UK, EU, Ivy League) is a plus.Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.Proficient in English (spoken and written).What personal qualities are we looking for?Execution-oriented: enjoys bringing campaigns and ideas to life and managing the details required for successful delivery.Analytical mindset: curious about marketing performance and motivated to use data to improve results.Creative communicator: able to produce compelling copy and content that engages prospective audiences.Collaborative team player: comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and global teams.Highly organized and proactive: able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Why work for Crimson?Rapidly growing start up, with a flexible working environment where you will be empowered to structure how you workLimitless development and exposure - our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year$1000 individual training budget per year, we love to ‘Level Up’ (it’s one of our core values)!Psychologist on staffInsightful fireside chats and workshops to help support our high-performing and ambitious teamRadical Candor is a feedback approach we live byWe’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe.
