Description Founded in 2019, Sage Infusion is a rapidly growing ambulatory infusion center committed to delivering innovative and exceptional patient care throughout Florida. We are looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator to support and elevate our brand through creative content and strategic.The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Business Development to support Sage Infusion’s growth by executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, strengthen referral source relationships, and enhance patient engagement. This role assists with content creation, outreach campaigns, social media management, and event coordination. This position will be remote with some travel to clinic locations.Responsibilities: Work with the Director of Business Development to create, edit and distribute marketing content including brochures, one-pagers, flyers, email campaigns and newslettersWork with the Director of Business Development to develop, implement and socialize a cohesive brand strategy across the entire Sage Enterprise (ie Sage Infusion, Sage Elevate, MemoryWorkx)Bring fresh, creative ideas to the team; Serve as a true thought partner to the Director of Business Development and other leaders by contributing innovative concepts, identifying trends, and recommend new approaches to elevate the Sage Infusion brand presenceManage social media posts with oversight from the Director of Business Development; Maintain a consistent, modern and engaging social media presence- ensuring posts are timely, relevant, visually appealing, and professionalProactively explore new content formats (short videos, reels, patient spotlights, location tours, team member interviews, etc) to keep content engagingWork with the Director of Business Development and other leaders to develop patient education materials and experience-enhancing communication Assist the Director of Business Development with CRM oversight; Review Hubspot entries for accuracy, correcting duplicates/errors, and pull regular reportingWork with the Clinical Leaders and the Director of Business Development to update/create medication order formsWork with website design company to ensure Sage Infusion’s website is user-friendly and visually aligned with brand standards; Ensure website content is consistent and updatedDevelop monthly team newsletters and quarterly referring office newslettersMaintain and organize marketing materials on the drive, ensuring materials are updated and accessible to the teamCoordinate printing, signage, photography/videography with vendors/partnersSupport the execution of marketing plans, timelines and deliverables for new services launches, programs, locations openings, and initiatives. Assist in planning and attending community events, health fairs, ribbon cuttings, and relevant meetings. Any other initiative or item as requested by the Sage Infusion leadership teamRequirements Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field1-3 years of experience in marketing, healthcare engagement, or referral relations preferredStrong writing, organization and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with account executive, clinical, operational and business development teamsFamiliarity with social media management tools, Canva/Adobe, and CRM/spreadsheet trackingExperience in healthcare sales and marketingProven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plansStrong understanding of the healthcare industry and infusion therapy servicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to travel to Sage territories across Florida Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Hubspot and Google WorkspaceSage Infusion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
