Marketing CoordinatorLevel: Junior  |  Work Location: RemoteABOUT THE ROLERed Carrot is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications efforts across a range of projects and clients. This generalist role blends project coordination, content creation, and administrative support to help execute marketing strategies that align with client objectives, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day project coordination, ensuring marketing tasks are completed on time and within scopeProvide administrative and logistical support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project timelinesCollaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiativesSupport the creation and development of social media content, advertising campaigns, and marketing/communications collateralAssist in executing campaigns by coordinating assets, managing timelines, and tracking performanceMonitor marketing channels for engagement and identify opportunities to improve outreachAssist in preparing client presentations and reports, provide project updates, and gather feedback to maintain positive client relationshipsCollect and organize data for marketing reports, including social media analytics and campaign performance metrics, and support development of KPIsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related roleStrong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with social media platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with tools like Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with government contracting or government-related marketing, and basic knowledge of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), a plusBenefits at Red Carrot:     At Red Carrot, we empower you to be a leader.
