This role works closely with leadership to shape brand messaging and translate big-picture ideas into compelling, consistent content across digital channels.This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll contribute to strategic thinking while actively creating content—writing copy, designing visuals, and publishing posts—alongside an in-house content creator.PLEASE NOTE: Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (3:30 PM – 12:30 PM South African Time) These working hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings and/or the operational requirements of the company. Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role. You will be required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. Key Responsibilities:Partner with leadership to develop and refine creative direction, brand messaging, and content strategy Lead the implementation of content plans across social media and digital channels Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, campaigns, and digital content (B2B & B2C) Design on-brand graphics for social media, campaigns, and marketing materials Publish and manage content across social platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and timing Turn high-level ideas into practical creative plans, campaigns, and content calendars Lead regular planning and review sessions with the internal content team Review, refine, and approve content to ensure brand alignment and high standards Collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives and launches Stay up to date with social media, branding, and digital marketing trends Experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar creative role Strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms Proven experience creating and publishing content across social media platforms Comfort working across both B2B and B2C content A creative thinker who can also execute—ideas don’t just stay in your head Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projectsIf you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
