As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. Position Purpose:Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the state-wide marketing & communication program while promoting a favorable public image of the company and each of its product linesAssist in the design, review and revision of all health-related materials distributed to members while ensuring appropriateness of content, readability and translationsAssist in the development, promotion and implementation of statewide initiatives including outreach events, healthcare education, and incentive programsOrder and track promotional items for all products and all service areas while ensuring budget compliance and reporting financial impactEnsure the completion of monthly outreach calendars by regional outreach staff for all service areasServe as a contact for community agencies, businesses, fundraisers, community events etc.Research data, construct ideas, lay out artwork, and/or represent employer directly before the publicPrepare news releases, fact sheets and compose letters as neededPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation/Experience:Bachelors Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of marketing or communications experience. Knowledge of various writing techniques including newsletter, press releases and promotional copy. Prior copywriting experience on the Internet preferred.This role is open to someone working remotely full time anywhere in the United States, but they need to be flexible with their schedule to align more with EST and CST meetings. Pay Range: $26.50 - $47.59 per hourCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
