As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will lead integrated marketing efforts that strengthen brand visibility, support product launches, and inspire confidence in our solutions across the commercial and industrial fire alarm market. Through strategic messaging, engaging content, digital campaigns, and sales enablement materials, you’ll highlight the critical value we bring in fire detection, fire alarm, and ERCES solutions — helping protect people and property every day. What You’ll Do Develop and manage annual marketing communications plans aligned with business and product strategies. Collaborate with Channel Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) for key audiences including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, contractors, integrators, engineers, and AHJs. Lead execution of marketing plans with a focus on brand awareness, positioning, and demand generation. Manage website content, SEO strategy, and digital campaigns to drive inbound traffic and leads. Oversee social media presence and run targeted campaigns to grow engagement within fire protection communities. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and uphold corporate brand standards. Partner with Sales to align messaging, support revenue goals, and respond to market insights. Contribute to team goals by taking on additional projects and responsibilities as needed Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones. QualificationsWhat You Bring Experience That Drives Success 5–8 years of marketing communications experience, ideally within fire safety, building technologies, security, or industrial manufacturing. Hands-on expertise with digital marketing platforms, including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Proven success in launching hardware and software integrated systems. Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies or vendors. Experience in B2B technology marketing, channel marketing, or distributor-driven sales environments. Creative skills in graphic design and video storytelling, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc. Key Strengths & Skills Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. Creative thinker with the ability to simplify complex information. Organized and deadline‑driven, able to manage multiple projects at once. Works well independently and as part of a team. Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information. Collaborative and proactive, with a bias for action. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite. Willing to travel overnight for meetings, trade shows, and events.
