Solution Architect, Marketing Cloud EngagementAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing Cloud Engagement Solution Architect who can lead both the strategy and execution of marketing technology solutions for our clients. This role is equal parts consulting, architecture, and hands-on delivery.You’ll work directly with clients to understand their goals, design scalable solutions, and guide implementations from concept through go-live. Our best architects are comfortable switching between big-picture thinking and rolling up their sleeves when needed.You’ll have the opportunity to work on modern, forward-thinking implementations, not just legacy systems. We value curiosity, adaptability, and people who want to grow alongside the evolving Salesforce ecosystem.If you’re excited about where marketing technology is going and want to help shape that for clients, this may be a great fit for you!What You’ll DoLead end-to-end implementation projects and ensure successful deliveryFacilitate discovery sessions and act as a trusted advisor to clientsDesign scalable, thoughtful solution architectures aligned to business goalsDocument and present solution designs for stakeholder approvalOversee build activities and participate in hands-on configuration, as neededGuide quality assurance and ensure high standards across deliverablesLead client walkthroughs and support go-live activitiesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceProven experience in a client-facing (billable) consulting role (Salesforce partner or consulting firm environment strongly preferred), with the ability to lead both business and technical conversationsHands-on experience architecting and delivering end-to-end Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions, including translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designsDeep experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement implementations, such as:Journey Builder and cross-channel campaign orchestrationEmail Studio, Automation Studio, and data extensionsSubscriber data modeling, segmentation, and lifecycle managementIntegrations with external systems and/or core Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)Demonstrated ability to own solution design from discovery through delivery, including architecture, documentation, and guiding build teamsStrong understanding of marketing data architecture, including data flows, audience segmentation, and activation strategiesExperience leading or contributing to multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced consulting environmentSolid technical aptitude, including comfort working across integrations, APIs, and marketing technology ecosystemsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSalesforce certifications (1+ required), such as:Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email SpecialistSalesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement AdministratorSalesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement ConsultantSalesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement DeveloperSalesforce Data Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Platform App BuilderSalesforce AdministratorData Cloud ConsultantB2C Solution ArchitectPreferred Experience (Nice to Have)We recognize the Salesforce marketing landscape is evolving quickly.
