You will administer Eloqua, build the campaign and nurture programs that run on it, protect the integrity of the data flowing between Eloqua and Salesforce, and act as the technical partner our regional marketing teams rely on.This role sits where marketing strategy meets technical execution. If you like turning a messy request into a clean, scalable, well-documented program, this is the job.Marketing Automation Systems AnalystAbout the RoleNeogen is seeking a Marketing Automation Systems Analyst to own, administer, and optimize our global marketing automation platform. This role will support the technical execution of marketing programs, including campaign automation, nurture programs, lead management, segmentation, data integrations, and platform governance.Working at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, the Marketing Automation Systems Analyst will partner with regional and global Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable marketing automation solutions.The successful candidate will bring hands-on marketing automation experience, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to turn complex or ambiguous requests into efficient, well-documented solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will make an impact by:Administering and optimizing Neogen’s Eloqua marketing automation platform to support global and regional marketing teamsDesigning, building, testing, and managing marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead scoring models, nurture programs, and program canvasesConfiguring, maintaining, and continuously improving campaign templates, forms, landing pages, and other marketing automation assetsMonitoring platform health, email deliverability, system performance, and data synchronization and troubleshooting issues that could impact marketing programsMaintaining data integrity within Eloqua and across integrations with Salesforce and other connected systemsManaging contact lists, segmentation, lead scoring, and audience strategies to support effective campaign targetingDeveloping and maintaining segmentation strategies aligned with customer segments, personas, regions, and go-to-market strategiesMonitoring and supporting the synchronization of marketing and customer data between Eloqua, Salesforce, and other connected platformsSupporting compliance with applicable data privacy and electronic communication requirements, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and regional requirementsPartnering with Legal and IT to support consent management, preference centers, data governance, and data retention practicesPartnering with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsProviding technical guidance, training, and support to marketers using Eloqua and related marketing technologiesServing as an escalation point for campaign build issues, data synchronization failures, platform questions, and other marketing automation issuesCollaborating with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issuesImplementing and maintaining tracking scripts, tags, pixels, and other technologies used to measure campaign performanceSupporting testing, quality assurance, and release processes for campaign assets, workflows, integrations, and platform changesDeveloping and maintaining documentation for marketing automation processes, data flows, system configurations, naming conventions, and platform standardsIdentifying opportunities to automate manual marketing processes, improve workflows, and reduce operational complexityEstablishing and promoting scalable marketing automation standards and best practices across global and regional marketing teamsAnalyzing campaign, workflow, and system performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvementBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, systems, or related marketing technologyExperience administering or supporting a marketing automation platform such as Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or a comparable platformExperience designing and building marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, nurture programs, forms, landing pages, or lead management processesExperience working with CRM systems and integrations between CRM and marketing automation platformsWorking knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM platformExperience managing marketing data, segmentation, contact lists, or lead scoring processesWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as applied to email templates, landing pages, tracking, or other digital marketing applicationsExperience troubleshooting marketing automation, data synchronization, campaign, or system-related issuesExperience supporting data quality and governance within marketing or CRM systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign and system dataAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects, requests, priorities, and stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal, and other business functionsPreferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Oracle EloquaOracle Eloqua certification or equivalent marketing automation platform certificationExperience integrating Eloqua or another marketing automation platform with SalesforceExperience supporting marketing teams across multiple regions, countries, or languagesExperience with account-based marketing platforms such as DemandbaseExperience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe AnalyticsExperience with consent management, preference centers, and marketing data privacy requirementsKnowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and other applicable privacy and electronic marketing regulationsExperience with lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, lead routing, and nurture strategyExperience developing technical documentation, platform governance standards, or marketing automation best practicesExperience in B2B, life sciences, diagnostics, food safety, animal health,
