Marketing Automation Specialist Job Description: An inquisitive, meticulous, quick learner who is ready to jump into the next level of marketing automation platform knowledge and experience. Able to conquer structured training quickly and apply it, supporting marketing strategy and execution for global Fortune 500 stakeholder teams and emerging clients across a variety of tools and platforms.Key responsibilities: Train and become certified quickly in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign)Support executional marketing activities alongside enterprise and emerging client teams through marketing automation platformsAssist in asset development for multi-channel (email, social media, web) marketing programsBuild landing pages and support website development through WordPressTechnical management of platforms, including integrations Collect, organize, and report on data trends found through multiple data sources and platforms. Required qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in email development, campaign strategy, and/or marketing analyticsFoundational marketing automation platform experience in HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Adobe CampaignA self-motivated problem solver able to seek out solutions quickly and effectively and ask great questionsA great communicator with thorough attention to detail in communications, deliverablesStrong writing skills with an eye for content, voice, and business objectivesExtremely organized and able to balance multiple projects/deliverablesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplinePreferred qualifications: Experience in lead generation and lead nurturingDigital/web design through Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or WordPress experienceKnowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL.
