What You'll DoWe're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support our marketing operations team with a focus on email campaign execution and production. You will help with building, testing, and launching marketing emails and automated campaigns.This is a US-based, remote position reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations#LI-Remote What Your Responsibilities Will BeYou will build, test, and deploy marketing emails, nurture campaigns, and automated programs within our marketing automation platformYou will create marketing emails based on campaign requests and approved creative assetsYou will perform QA testing on emails and campaigns to ensure accuracy across devices, browsers, and inboxesYou will manage audience segmentation, list uploads, suppression logic, and schedulingYou will collaborate with internal teams to execute campaignsYou will support campaign reporting and help identify opportunities for optimizationYou will ensure campaigns follow email best practices, compliance requirements, and internal processesYou will troubleshoot issues related to email rendering, personalization, and automation workflows What You'll Need to be Successful3+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operationsHands-on experience with platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, or similar toolsExperience with HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshootingExperience building and QA'ing marketing emails and automated campaignsPay Range Details The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Colorado: $88,000 - $140,800 (annually) Washington: $88,000 - $155,700 (annually) California: $88,000 - $170,300 (annually) NYC: $97,100 - $170,300 (annually) The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
