Our Spine division plays a critical role in helping surgeons treat complex spinal conditions and restore patient mobility through innovative, evidence‑based solutions.We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Spine Marketing team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting key marketing activities across a fast‑paced, clinically complex portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, managing detail, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality campaigns and materials.The RoleAs a Marketing Associate, you will provide hands‑on support to the Spine Marketing and Sales team, helping to ensure projects, campaigns and operational activities run smoothly.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, launches and initiativesCoordinating marketing materials, collateral updates and asset managementAssisting with event support, including congresses, internal meetings and training sessionsWorking with sales, clinical and global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brandingManaging administrative tasks such as POs, budgeting support, tracking timelines and reportingSupporting compliance processes to ensure materials meet regulatory and internal standardsAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to learn.You are likely to have:Some experience in marketing, communications or a commercial support roleStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyClear written and verbal communication skillsConfidence working with stakeholders at different levelsA collaborative mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasksAbout Stryker SpineStryker Spine's portfolio supports the treatment of:Degenerative spine conditionsSpinal deformities and traumaMinimally invasive and enabling technologiesThe marketing environment is clinically sophisticated, highly regulated and detail‑driven, making it an excellent learning ground for someone looking to build a strong foundation in medical device marketing.Travel Percentage: 40%
