Job OverviewThe E-Commerce & Affiliate Marketing Associate supports execution across online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Gun Broker, etc.) and Primary Arms’ affiliate marketing program, which operates on AvantLink. This role focuses on listing maintenance, performance tracking, campaign coordination, and day-to-day support for affiliate partners and sales channels. The associate works cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service to drive sales and maintain channel health.Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Channel Support Assist in managing Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace listings and operations.Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues that may impact seller status.Collaborate with Customer Service and the DC teams to resolve operational challenges such as returns, pricing discrepancies, fraud alerts, and shipping changes.2. Listing Creation & Optimization Create new listings and maintain existing ones using SEO, keyword research, and competitive benchmarking.Update product titles, descriptions, images, and backend fields to meet marketplace compliance and improve visibility.Track listing metrics (impressions, CTR, conversions) and support ongoing improvements.3. Affiliate Program Operations (AvantLink) Assist in onboarding new affiliates, influencers, and brand ambassadors to AvantLink.Set up promotional campaigns, validate commissionable items, and manage coupon codes and tracking links.Help verify affiliate sales data and assist with monthly platform invoice processing and reporting.4. Campaign & Promotion Support Ensure Affiliate creative assets are delivered to partners on time.Align listings and affiliate offers with company-wide marketing campaigns and product pushes.5. Reporting & Optimization Tools Pull and organize performance data from AvantLink, GA4, and internal sales dashboards.Track KPIs related to affiliate sales, marketplace ad performance (ACoS, CPC), and channel revenue trends.Support campaign adjustments by surfacing keywords or competitive insights.Skills and Qualifications1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing preferredRequired familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or affiliate platforms like AvantLink is highly desirableMicrosoft tools knowledgeOrganizational acumenPlanning and prioritizationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processesAnalytical mindset with basic experience in Excel or Google SheetsOutgoing personality is a plus — ability to build rapport with affiliate partners and influencersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesEnthusiasm for the firearms, tactical, or outdoor space is a plusBachelor’s Degree preferred, but not requiredTeam CollaborationMarketing & Creative: For promotional assets and campaign planningCustomer Service & Operations: For resolving listing or order-related issuesAccounting: To coordinate affiliate invoice approvalTechnology: To troubleshoot tracking or platform issues (e.g., product links on AvantLink)Other DetailsFull-time, on-site roleOccasional travel support for affiliate or industry events may be requestedMonthly performance metrics and reporting requiredCareer Progression PathThis role offers a clear path for advancement, starting from Associate to Specialist, with opportunities to grow into Sr. Specialist, Manager and Sr. Manager-level positions in e-commerce and affiliate marketing.
