The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing Associate to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position. Responsibilities:Development and implementation of a broad variety of corporate events (national and regional) – consistent with overall Marketing strategy and goals – to host consistent, knowledge-building, engaging gatherings of the highest qualityOwnership of event calendar to align with overall business objectivesCoordination with onsite facilities (i.e., hotels, vendors) to ensure seamless organization of eventsDevelopment and distribution of content related to the events, follow-up and ensuring optimal audiences are cultivated and targetedCreation of optimal schedule, formats, and communications vehicles to enhance audience engagementConstantly brainstorming for new approaches – we want your thoughts and ideas!Promoting our brand guidelines and standards of high quality and best-in-class solutions and offeringsAssisting in developing KPIs and exceeding goals to demonstrate our successQualifications:Minimum bachelor’s degree2-3 years of related event marketing, branding, and communications experience including knowledge of diverse digital media platforms encompassing key metrics offeringsFamiliarity with insurance, customer retail, and/or involvement in large-scale eventsPassion for learning and growth, and contributing to a teamAbility to travel to events as necessaryBenefits: Company Paid Life Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability.Medical, Dental, Vision and FSA/HSA plans.401(k) with company match.Additional voluntary benefits including Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity and Supplemental Life Insurance, Legal and Identity Protection, and Pet benefits.Generous PTO.An awesome team of professionals!The Hilb Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we actively support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting all forms of discrimination in employment.
