We are seeking a highly organized and independent Marketing Operations Contractor to provide part-time support to our marketing team. This role will work directly with our Senior Marketing Manager and is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep marketing initiatives running smoothly, particularly around events, webinars, contact management, and content support.This position requires approximately 10 hours per week and offers flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced with HubSpot and general office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with operational tasks related to marketing events, webinars, CRM management, and light content support. Responsibilities may include:Researching and coordinating with venues for in-person eventsBuilding target attendee lists and managing contact lists in HubSpotCoordinating sponsor logistics for conferencesCreating calendar invitations and managing RSVP trackingOrdering promotional items and tracking inventoryTracking event budgets vs. actual spendSupporting webinar logistics, including coordinating speaker availability, collecting speaker bios/headshots, creating templated registration landing pages, and segmenting registrants, attendees, and no-showsPerforming contact enrichment and CRM data updatesPreparing segmented lists for campaigns and outreachCompiling quotes and testimonials into drafted internal documentationDrafting social media posts from existing marketing contentCreating recap blog drafts from webinar transcriptsIdentifying short clips or snippets for social media use RequiredBasic working experience with HubSpot CRMExperience working in a professional office environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written communication skillsComfortable working with spreadsheets, lists, and structured dataPreferredExperience supporting marketing teams or sales operationsFamiliarity with contact enrichment tools or data platformsFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar CRM/contact platformsExperience supporting in-person events, live events, or webinars (not required but a plus)
