Marketing Assistant

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will work with strategists, project managers, designers, writers and channel specialists to keep marketing activities organised, timely and aligned with client goals.WHAT YOU WILL DOSupport the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across client accountsHelp coordinate content, creative assets and campaign materials across different channelsMaintain campaign calendars, task lists and project documentationAssist with preparing client reports, presentations and marketing updatesConduct basic research on audiences, competitors, industries and marketing trendsHelp monitor campaign performance and maintain accurate marketing dataFollow up on outstanding tasks, approvals and deliverables with internal teamsSupport marketing team members with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasksWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, administration or a related fieldStrong organisation and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnComfortable working with spreadsheets, presentation tools and digital platformsBasic understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email, SEO and paid advertisingProactive, dependable and comfortable working as part of a remote teamNICE TO HAVEInternship or academic experience in marketing; familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar platforms; social media experience; and basic knowledge of content creation or marketing analytics.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualifications, with the full package discussed during the interview process.
