Position Summary:The Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing and sales strategies to build Healthmap’s brand and drive growth. This person will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and Manager of Marketing and Sales Operations, as well as other department leaders and executive team members. They will be a key Growth Team member and will assist with lead generation, client communications, promotional activities, internal marketing/communication requests, and development of sales and marketing collateral. Responsibilities: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop slide decks and other deliverables for sales proposalsMaintain up-to-date contact lists for marketing and sales emailsDevelop engaging and visually appealing sales presentations with the sales representatives for their use with client and prospect workWork with the Chief Growth Officer to improve, develop, and document sales policies, processes, procedures, and tools that maintain the accuracy and integrity of sales dataSupport and fulfill requests from internal departments for new communication materials, such as slide decks, letters, member/provider brochures, or other branded documentsCollaborate with vendors to order company promo items/swag for trade shows, team meetings, etc.Write copy for use in blogs, marketing emails, press releases, and other marketing materialsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, or related field required2 years of marketing or sales support experience requiredExperience in the healthcare industry preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency in Salesforce preferredProficiency in HubSpot preferredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferredPerferably located in EST/CST timezoneSkills:Driven, self-motivated, and detail-orientedExcellent listening, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think creatively and innovatively.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships across all levels of an organization, including senior executives, both internally and externallyTravel:Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business#LI-REMOTE
