Who We Are:  At Helios Consulting, we help some of the world’s leading organizations unlock the full value of their Workday investments, and we know that great insights power great outcomes.  How You’ll Make an Impact:  We’re hiring a Marketing & Revenue Operations Specialist to help build and operate a scalable HubSpot-based marketing and revenue engine. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll help build and scale our marketing and sales engine, turning data into actionable insights and ideas into pipeline. Your primary focus will be HubSpot campaign execution, CRM data quality, marketing reporting, and sales/marketing operational support. What You’ll Do:  Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns in HubSpot (emails, workflows, segmentation, UTMs, tracking and performance monitoring)   Analyze campaign and funnel performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline quality and campaign ROI   Build and manage HubSpot dashboards to track campaign performance, funnel conversion and campaign ROI  Support, maintain and optimize lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and audience segmentation   Build and maintain targeted campaign lists and audience segments based on Helios’ ICP, using tools such as HubSpot and Apollo  Manage marketing contact volumes, list logic and segmentation to optimize usage to prevent overages  Ensure HubSpot CRM data accuracy, consistency, and hygiene through audits and enrichment   Support account assignments, ownership updates, and seller alignment by keeping records accurate and current   Optimize workflows, automation, and reporting to improve go-to-market efficiency   Leverage AI-enabled tools to identify patterns, surface insights faster, and proactively recommend revenue opportunities and risks   Analyze pipeline, customer, campaign and lifecycle data to identify trends and practical growth opportunities   Deliver insights on pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue performance   Build and maintain dashboards covering pipeline, conversion rates, campaign performance, and key KPIs   Support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion strategies using CRM and customer data  Provide account insights and opportunity analysis to support revenue growth  What We’re Looking For:  2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role with hands-on responsibility for campaign execution, reporting, and process management   2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including campaign execution, workflows, CRM management, dashboard creation, and reporting across funnel performance, pipeline contribution, forecasting, and revenue performance   Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights   Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, process consistency, and high-quality execution   Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment   Self-starter with a high level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight   Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders   Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work without sponsorship  Differentiators:Experience supporting both sales and marketing teams in a RevOps or Marketing Ops capacityFamiliarity with data enrichment tools such as Apollo or similar platformsUnderstanding of services and consulting business models, particularly within enterprise software ecosystems such as WorkdayFamiliarity with Workday products, ecosystem, or customer base Why You’ll Love Working Here   We’re committed to creating an environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally.
