This is role will work across the full marketing mix with a particular focus on digital marketing, digital content creation and campaign planning.Day-to-day activities will include managing and growing social media channels with a focus on organic engagement, website updates, email coordination, digital content creation and campaign performance reviews. The successful candidate will also be involved with planning and delivering integrated campaigns and act as the primary point of contact for some brands, meaning excellent communication and the ability to multi-task are ‘must-have’ skills.Role and Key Responsibilities:Digital marketing and channel managementContent creation and storytellingCampaign planning and deliveryMarketing support for senior leaders and stakeholdersBrand and communicationsInsight, analytics and optimisationWebsite, CRM and marketing systemsGeneral collaboration, project delivery, flexibility, and travel/occasional out-of-hours support.Personal Specification - Experience: A minimum of 3 years' demonstrable experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, content or a closely related role, with emphasis on demonstrated capability over specific qualificationsExperience in multi-channel campaign management and executionDigital content creation skills, evidenced via a portfolio of work to create video/visual contentStrong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice and style for a range of audiences and platform such as websites/social/email/campaignsSocial channel management with strong LinkedIn understandingCMS publishingEmail marketing activityAnalytical performance data use Managing multiple deadlines/stakeholdersExperience in education/schools/professional servicesB2B or multi-stakeholder settings, preferably agency basedPlease click here to see Job Description.About us:The Progress Group, the Group is made up of several business units, each of which aspires to innovate, influence, and inspire others through high-quality and purposeful education and training.TPG and its subsidiaries are a leading training and education company known for innovation and excellence.
