This role leads the marketing, communications and design process from concept through execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across all deliverables, while providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team The role collaborates with cross‑functional partners, including marketing strategists, copywriters, project managers, producers, and business stakeholders, to bring creative concepts to life. As a marketing and communications expert, the role creates original branding and design studio concepts across B2B tactics and channels aligned to marketing initiatives while overseeing the the execution of integrated marketing and communications programs through direct reports and internal resources. . ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages marketing support staff and the creative process from concept to completion for marketing and communications initiatives.Ensures brand standards, UI/UX best practicesLeads the end‑to‑end marketing, communications and creative  process for complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality creative work across multiple channels.Develops and applies strategies that align with brand identity, user experience, and business goals.Creates prototypes and final designs for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.Provides design leadership across projects, offering guidance, best practices, and constructive feedback to peers and cross‑functional partners (non‑direct reports).Maintains and evolves marketing and design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across deliverables.Collaborates closely with  colleagues and leadership to define user experiences and campaign direction.Stays up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process and outputs.Researches new marketing and design techniques and mediums and incorporates innovative approaches into creative deliverables.Partners with production teams, event teams, and external vendors on development and production of materials across video, conferences, events, and digital activations.Contributes to the evolution and quality of the marketing content library, including imagery, video, and branding assets.Develops and presents original, strategic design concepts to creative leadership, business stakeholders, and marketing teams.Develops, coaches, and manages marketing team members, establishing priorities, supporting professional development, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.Travel as required.QUALIFICATIONSEducation & LicensingBachelor's degree with major in graphic design or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.Licenses as needed.ExperienceSeven (7+) years of graphic/web design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $100k-$120k.
