Job DescriptionThe Marketing Analytics Specialist provides end-to-end reporting, dashboard development, and performance insights for the B2B Marketing organization. This role supports campaign measurement, audience data strategy, email deliverability, and marketing automation performance to help the team make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll work across marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to turn multi-channel data into clear, actionable recommendations. Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Channel Performance:Measure multi-channel campaign performance across email, web, social, paid media, events, and webinars. Identify KPIs, uncover trends, run A/B testing, and provide insights that improve ongoing and future campaigns. Develop benchmarks and performance assessments that help product marketers understand effectiveness. Dashboard Development:Build, launch, and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and other analytics tools. Combine unstructured data from CRM, MAP, digital, and advertising systems into structured, actionable dashboards that help product marketers understand funnel performance, channel contribution, and campaign outcomes. Reporting & Insights:Own the full reporting lifecycle: data extraction, validation, analysis, insight development, and presentation. Produce monthly, and quarterly reports (Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint) that highlight key trends and business implications. Translate complex analysis into plain-language summaries for marketers, cross-functional partners, and executives. Email Deliverability & Data GovernanceSupport email deliverability and marketing automation performance by monitoring key metrics, improving segmentation, and strengthening audience targeting. Maintain data accuracy and taxonomy alignment across Salesforce and our marketing automation platforms, and partner with Operations and EBT to resolve data gaps, improve structure, and enhance integrations. Serve as the marketing team’s go-to resource for data, reporting, and insights. Support daily analytical needs, manage a roadmap of analysis projects, and stay current on tools and best practices that strengthen our measurement capabilities. To Be Successful in This Role, You:Have experience in B2B marketing operations with focus on automation, deliverability, attribution, and reporting.Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle and consistently deliver accurate, insight-rich analysis.Understand digital marketing and can manage tracking across multiple channels and sources.Prioritize, plan, organize, analyze, problem-solve, and collaborate in a team environment while meeting deadlines.Work with a high level of independence, initiative, and resourcefulness.Bring a strong bias toward action, spotting inefficiencies and translating data into clear business recommendations.Are comfortable working with large, multi-source or unstructured datasets.Collaborate effectively with technical teams to resolve data issues and refine data pipelines. Qualifications Technical Skills:Experience building dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.High proficiency in MS Excel: lookups, pivot tables, dynamic charts and tables.Strong Experience with CRM/MAP platforms including Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, GA4, and Sprout Social.Ability to create reports and segmentation directly in Salesforce.Comfortable with data modeling, large datasets, and multi-system analysis.Experience:3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related B2B analytics role.Track record of influencing business outcomes and improving performance metrics through data-driven recommendations.Strong understanding of digital marketing and multichannel measurement.Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and ownership mentality BenefitsWe’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 - $75,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
