About the Role:As the Marketing Analyst in Fetch’s Go-to-Market team, you will be responsible for analyzing the marketing and merchandising experience of millions of users in the Fetch app. Collaborating with our merchandising, marketing, and product teams, you will use data to measure the efficacy of Fetch’s marketing efforts, provide data and insights on user experience and retention, build and understand segments of users, and inform ongoing optimizations to the Fetch app experience. This is a unique role that will help shape the experience of millions of users, and drive growth across the company through data-driven insights.Role Responsibilities: Build and execute SQL and backend queries to support dashboards and data insightsDevelop a comprehensive understanding of growth marketing pillars and key performance indicatorsManage and improve internal reporting processes by analyzing data structures, building dashboards, and ensuring accuracyLeverage tools like Hex, Snowflake, Tableau, Grafana, Eppo, and Google Sheets to support reporting, data analysis, and team initiativesIdentify opportunities for marketing and ad-ops and propose actionable solutionsBuild custom segments in SQL to support marketing’s personalization initiativesCollaborate with teams to fulfill ad-hoc data requests and optimize reporting workflowsEnhance existing reports and dashboards to align with business goals and evolving needs.Run and track experiments, analyzing results, and recommending next steps based on experiment dataMinimum Requirements:College degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant experience 2+ years experience in a Marketing Technology or ad operations roleAbility to analyze complex data and draw conclusionsUnderstanding of an Object Oriented Programming language - preferably PythonExpert in SQLExpert at Microsoft Excel or Google sheetsIncredible eye for detailAbility to work collaborativelyEntrepreneurial spirit, high agency, and a self-starterPreferred Requirements:Experience in the ads industry and/or user experience analysisAdaptability and flexibility to handle changing market conditionsExcellent project management and organizational skills Compensation: At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire.
