Vision The leading Producer Responsibility Organization implementing the circular economy through paper and packaging.Mission CAA helps producers comply with EPR laws, delivers harmonized best-in-class services, and works with governments, businesses, and communities to reduce waste and increase recycling.Role OverviewThe AI & Ops Intern supports the Marketing, Communications, and Education & Outreach teams by contributing to internal workflows and calendar, marketing project operations, and AI projects. The intern will gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of communications, marketing operations, and emerging technology, helping CAA scale its impact through more efficient and innovative ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, draft, and test AI‑enabled tools and prototypes (e.g., agents, workflows, or process enhancements) to support communications and marketing efforts.Support content planning and coordination by helping manage the editorial calendar.Support marketing workflows in shared services “internal agency” and marketing platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and more.Assistwith webinars and virtual events, including content preparation and post‑event follow‑up.Perform other related duties as assigned.Skills & CompetenciesAI experience (prompting and building workflows) and interestMultitaskingAbility to work independently and to multitask in a remote environmentExperience with Microsoft 365 or willingness to learn quicklyQualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree related to marketing, communications, content,writing,multimedia, AI, ML, or business.Compensation & Other InformationLocation:Fully RemotePay Rate: $25.00 per hour.Since this is a temporary position, it is not eligible for benefitsInterns must have their own laptop and access to high-speed internet.This internship runs from June 1,2026to August 7, 2026Reports To:Sandra Hungate, SeniorMarketingManagerCircular Action Alliance is an equal employment opportunity employer.
