The Marketing & Admin Assistant will play a vital role in both marketing coordination and day-to-day business support. This person will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage customer relationships, support upcoming trade show activities, and assist the founder with administrative and strategic projects.The ideal candidate is fluent in English (Spanish is a plus), has strong e-commerce and digital marketing experience, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & E-commercePlan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.Design marketing materials and social media content using Canva or similar tools.Assist in creating and monitoring digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).Help develop and implement launch plans — timelines, content calendars, and product rollout strategies.Suggest and explore new marketing channels or initiatives to increase brand exposure and ROI.Trade Show & Event SupportAssist in preparing for trade shows and brand events — including booth setup, materials, and logistics.Coordinate bookings, shipments, and promotional materials to ensure a seamless event experience.Contribute marketing ideas to maximize visibility and lead generation before, during, and after the event.Customer Service & OperationsManage customer inquiries, returns, and feedback to maintain excellent service standards.Support e-commerce operations, including order management and inventory coordination.Ensure the overall customer experience aligns with the brand’s luxury image.Executive & Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day assistance to the founder — managing schedules, follow-ups, and communications.Help organize tasks, meetings, and priorities to support smooth business operations.Collaborate on business development efforts, including retail and media outreach. Must be able to work within U.S. time zones.At least 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred.Comfortable attending Zoom calls with e-commerce coaches to review performance and deliverables.Eager to learn — training videos and materials will be provided for continuous development.Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through marketing initiatives.Experience in e-commerce with a strong understanding of the customer journey from awareness to purchase.Proactive and data-driven — able to identify opportunities to improve conversions and overall campaign performance.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.Proficiency in email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.), Canva, and social media platforms.Strong understanding of digital marketing and online brand growth.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.Creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas for exposure and engagement.Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce best practices, with the ability to optimize the online shopping experience and support sales growth.Experience in event or trade show coordination is a plus. Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
