Imagine360 is seeking a Manager, Stop Loss Sales and Marketing! The Manager, Stop Loss Sales and Marketing will oversee the New Business Marketing team by overseeing the strategic resourcing and acquisition of stop loss insurance policies for self-funded employer groups. This role will collaborate with carrier underwriters, risk management, and client-facing teams to help ensure policies meet risk and financial objectives. Position Location:100% remote Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage, mentor and develop New Business Marketing teams Supervises the New Business Marketing team Oversee workflow and department needs based on volume. Implement and Train team on new procedures. Prepare Performance Reviews and review with individual member. Redirect and retrain as needed. Direct resource allocation of sales support staff including requests for quote, collection of necessary data, quote analysis, Sales Force proposal production/analysis and adherence to deadlines. Prepare Stop-loss final spread and confirm documentation for sold groups. Assist with complex requests, answer stop-loss questions and carrier requirements. Vacation & back-up coverage for preparation of spreadsheets, sending RFPs, New Business Inbox, etc. Back-up for preparation of Suggested Funding Rates for new clients upon request. Experience/Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required or extensive relevant experience required. 3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience 2+ years of Stop loss experience Management experience preferred Skills and Abilities: Advanced knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software; Graphics and desktop publishing programs Internet software; and Database software What can Imagine360 offer you?
