What Product and Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal HealthMarketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.Product & Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and  life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.Job SummaryThe Manager, Product & Solutions Marketing, is responsible for the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support pipeline development, strengthen brand awareness and differentiate Cardinal Health Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support within the market. This role coordinates cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Brand and external agency partners to bring go-to-market strategies to life.The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and executional excellence with strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven ability to translate market insights into effective marketing programs. Our non-commercial specialty pharmacy is centralized at our custom-designed facility outside of Dallas, Texas, empowering manufacturers to rethink the reach and impact of their products. ResponsibilitiesMarket Insight and PositioningAnalyze market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy, messaging and promotional plansLeverage research, voice-of-customer insights, and industry engagements to identify new growth opportunitiesCampaign Execution and OptimizationExecute multi-channel marketing plans across paid, owned and shared strategies, including media, social, search, email, digital and contentEnsure delivery of high-quality content and creative aligned to business objectivesSupports the tradeshow strategy and works with Event Marketing Operations and other internal and external teams to ensure a coordinated presence at external eventsMake both incremental improvements and rapid pivots in response to performance data, business needs and industry shiftsSales EnablementAlign messaging and campaign activity to buyer journey stages and sales prioritiesDevelop and deliver sales enablement materials to support effective commercializationMarketing Impact and Demand Contribution Drive improvements in lead-to-MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and overall funnel efficiencyPartner with Business Development and Lead Generation teams to align marketing efforts to strategic accounts and high-value opportunitiesPerformance Analysis and ReportingConduct performance analysis across campaigns, channels and audience segmentsTranslate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendationsClearly communicate results and business impact through executive-ready reportingQualifications4-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, product marketing or growth marketing preferredBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferredExperience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, paid media, events, content)Demonstrated success working closely with cross-functional, matrixed environmentsAbility to travel up to 10%Experience in pharmaceuticals, market access or patient support servicesExperience with account-based marketing or high-value deal supportFamiliarity with SEO/AEO, paid media platforms, retargeting and marketing automation toolsWhat is expected of you and others at this levelExhibits an ability to translate market and customer needs into clearly defined goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive sales and profitability for the businessDemonstrates knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts necessary for building and executing business and marketing plans.
