This position is remotePosition SummaryThe Manager, Partnership Marketing Sales will drive sponsorship and exhibition vendor sales for Life Time's premier endurance events, enhancing both revenue and participant experience. Responsible for meeting sales targets, securing new sponsorships, and maintaining high client satisfaction.Life Time’s event portfolio features 28 iconic races including the Leadville Race Series, UNBOUND Gravel, Sea Otter Classic, Miami Marathon & Half Marathon and Chicago Half Marathon & 5k.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesSales and Promotion: Promote and sell sponsorship and advertising products across Life Time’s endurance events, securing sponsorships, expo spaces and media placements.Lead Generation and Relationship Management: Lead outbound efforts to identify and qualify new sponsorship opportunities, setting up meetings and delivering persuasive pitches. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.Client Retention and Renewal: Manage client relationships to drive renewals, adapting proposals based on feedback and market trends.Research and Development: Conduct market research to identify trends and develop innovative marketing strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Partnership Marketing Activation teams to ensure seamless sponsorship execution.Understanding and Communication: Develop an in-depth understanding of Life Time’s objectives and partner brands. Exhibit exceptional presentation, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.Representation: Represent Life Time at key industry events and Life Time-operated programs.Data Management: Leverage CRM tools for accurate sales activity reporting.Minimum Required Qualifications   Travel: 5%-10% for client meetings and to support sponsorship activations at events.Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related fieldYears of Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably within endurance events, sports, or entertainment industries.
