Go-to-Market Planning & ExecutionDevelop and own quarterly go-to-market (GTM) plans aligned to company growth targetsTranslate sales targets into:Channel-level marketing plansPromotional strategiesTerritory-level execution prioritiesDefine optimal channel mix (digital, D2D, call centre, community events, partners)Lead execution of key growth programs, including:Cross-sell and upsell campaignsProcess improvement initiativesOnboarding and scaling new partners and vendorsDevelop and execute plans to meet sales targets, improve processes, and enhance EBITDA performance2. Sales Funnel Ownership & Performance ManagementActively manage the end-to-end sales funnel to ensure performance is on track to targetsPartner with data and analytics teams to maintain accurate, up-to-date funnel reportingMonitor pipeline health, including:Lead volumeConversion ratesChannel performanceIdentify gaps vs targets and take proactive action to close them3. Sales & Territory AlignmentWork closely with Territory Manager and Sales Channels to:Forecast required lead volumes and traffic by channel and regionWork with Channel partners to align sales capacity and staffing with demand generation plansSupport coordinated rollout of campaigns across rural communitiesEnsure strong alignment between marketing plans and field execution realities4. Performance Tracking, Insights & OptimizationTrack and report on weekly performance metrics, including:Conversion rates by channelPerformance by territoryImpact of campaigns and promotional tacticsAnalyze variances to target and clearly identify:Root causes of underperformanceOpportunities to scale what’s workingRecommend and coordinate data-driven actions to improve results across channels. Work with Channel partners to deliver programs to improve sales results.5. Market & Community PlanningTrack and report on market penetration by communityIdentify high-opportunity areas to prioritize marketing and sales investmentSupport strategic decisions on where and how to deploy resources for maximum growth6.
