operational backbone of our marketing organization, owning the systems, processes, reporting, attribution, and data governance that create confidence in our decision-making.You will partner closely with Revenue Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and external agencies to create a high-performing, data-driven marketing engine.What You'll OwnMarketing Technology & SystemsOwn and administer HubSpot architecture, governance, and optimizationManage HubSpot integrations with Salesforce and other marketing technologiesEnsure scalability, consistency, and operational excellence across marketing systemsIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementAttribution & Performance MeasurementBuild and maintain marketing attribution modelsDevelop reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenueEstablish consistent measurement standards across campaigns and channelsCreate actionable insights that improve marketing investment decisionsReporting & AnalyticsBuild dashboards and reporting for leadership visibilityTrack pipeline contribution, funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and conversion metricsDeliver clear analysis that helps drive business decisionsEnsure reporting accuracy and stakeholder confidenceLead Lifecycle & Data GovernanceOwn lead lifecycle design and managementDefine lead scoring frameworks and qualification processesOptimize MQL-to-SQL handoff processesMaintain database health, governance standards, and data qualityEnsure proper tracking, UTM governance, and attribution accuracyCross-Functional PartnershipPartner closely with Revenue Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales LeadershipAlign teams around shared definitions, reporting, and success metricsSupport agency capabilitiesCreate scalable processes across HubSpot and SalesforceStrengthen alignment between Marketing and Sales through shared metrics and definitionsIncrease confidence in marketing data across the organizationWhat You BringRequired Experience5-8 years of B2B Marketing Operations experienceStrong hands-on expertise with HubSpot administration and optimizationExperience integrating and managing HubSpot and Salesforce environmentsProven experience building attribution models and reporting frameworksExpertise in lead lifecycle management and lead scoringStrong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience translating complex data into actionable business insightsPreferred ExperienceSaaS or technology industry experienceExperience supporting multi-product or
