More than logistics, this role is about designing experiences that reflect our vision, grow our brand, and create lasting connections with the market.You’ll own the strategy and execution of conference sponsorships, exclusive experiences, and a growing slate of curated, owned events. With both creativity and precision, you’ll transform gatherings into brand-defining moments and ongoing marketing assets.If you’re a builder who thrives on shaping ambitious experiences and turning big ideas into reality, this role is for you.What You’ll DoDevelop and manage our holistic events strategy.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with broader marketing campaigns and sales goals.Plan and execute a range of events from industry trade shows and conferences to bespoke experiences.Drive planning and execution of events, including logistics, creative direction, budgets, and timelines.Continuously experiment with new event formats and creative concepts that differentiate our brand and spark market conversation.Own communication with conference organizers, vendors, partners and internal stakeholders.Measure event performance and impact, translating experiences into ongoing marketing assets that drive brand awareness and pipeline.Flawlessly manage multiple events per quarter while maintaining attention to detail.About You4+ years of B2B startup marketing experience, with a track record of leading event programs.Proven ability to plan and execute both high-volume industry field events and distinctive, creative owned experiences.Strong creative sensibility with impeccable taste, trend awareness, and a pulse on what makes experiences memorable.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders with ease.Equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves in execution.Resourceful, proactive, and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Clear, confident communicator with excellent professional presence.Collaborative team player with a “no job too small” attitude.About our teamOur team brings together deep expertise in technology, healthcare, and company-building.
