We're looking for a Manager of Customer Marketing to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle journey at Multiplier. You'll design and execute strategies that drive engagement, retention, expansion, and long-term customer value. This role is both strategic and hands-on -  building programs that maximize impact across every customer journey stage.What You Bring5+ years in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or retention marketing with proven success at scaleExpertise building multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, in-app, push, webinars, communities)Strong analytical skills using data to inform strategy and measure performanceDeep understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggersExperience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Braze) and CRM systemsB2B SaaS experience, preferably in HR tech or payrollEntrepreneurial mindset balancing creative vision with operational executionExceptional communication skills and customer-obsessed approachKey ResponsibilitiesLifecycle StrategyOwn end-to-end lifecycle marketing from onboarding through retention, expansion, and advocacyDesign and optimize multi-channel programs that drive measurable engagement and growthChampion automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-makingGrowth & RetentionBuild retention strategies that minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime valueDevelop expansion and upsell programs that convert opportunities into revenueCreate advocacy programs leveraging testimonials, case studies, and community engagementAnalytics & OptimizationEstablish KPIs and analytics frameworks to track customer health and program performanceEnsure continuous testing, measurement, and iteration of all initiativesUse insights to refine segmentation and targeting strategiesCross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Data teams to deliver personalized experiencesCollaborate on segmentation models, health scoring, and customer communicationsAlign with Product Marketing on messaging across the customer journey
