In this role, you will be working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure on-time execution of over 28+ trigger communications that improve customer engagement and retention.Key Responsibilities:Support strategy, planning, and execution needs related to credit card engagement effortsCollaborate with marketing and technical teams to implement and deploy lifecycle triggersAssist with the creation, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel trigger communicationsManage project timelines and help ensure creative deliverables are aligned with business goalsFacilitate coordination across multiple stakeholders, including marketing, product, and techApply business analysis skills to identify opportunities and optimize communication strategiesOperate in a pod-based Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and reportingMonitor progress and identify issues or blockers, escalating where necessary to ensure deliveryHelp drive continuous improvement efforts by questioning the status quo and proposing enhancementsMaintain accuracy and attention to detail across documentation, planning tools, and dashboardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, product planning, or marketing operationsProject coordination and/or business analysis experience preferredPreviously experience supporting trigger email campaignsStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environmentComfortable managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience using tools like Jira and QuickBase is a plusMust be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the positionDesired QualificationsExperience working across cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and technologyFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and pod-based team structuresDemonstrated success in supporting and scaling trigger-based or lifecycle marketing programsAnalytical mindset with exposure to data tools, segmentation, and test-and-learn frameworksExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to influence, coordinate, and inspire action among diverse stakeholdersStrong judgment and discretion when handling confidential informationAdditional InformationThis role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.A diverse workforce is a strong workforce.
