About the roleQuo is looking for a strategic and hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead and scale our email and in-app engagement efforts.You’ll play a crucial role in the strategy, execution, and performance of our campaigns. And you'll ensure that the tens of millions of messages we send each year deliver personal, relevant experiences to each audience.You’ll partner closely with the Customer Success, Partnerships, Design, Content, and Product Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life and optimize performance. If you’re energized by moving fast, blending creativity with data, and want to help us build world-class customer lifecycle journeys, we’d love to meet you.Some of the things you’ll do:Own the entire customer lifecycle journey, from pre-trial through retention and referralPartner closely with other teams to help drive activation, feature adoption, upsell, expansion and net revenue retentionCreate personalized messaging strategies based on user segments, behaviors, and attributesMonitor and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to inform optimization effortsWork with the Product Marketing and Product teams to effectively communicate new features and updates to the right user segmentsRun A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and campaign performanceAssist with maintaining data hygiene and list management best practicesEnsure that our lifecycle efforts align with the latest email marketing best practices and deliverability standardsHelp establish and document lifecycle marketing processes and playbooksAbout you3+ years of relevant experience in lifecycle, including hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns, ideally with a focus on B2B or SaaSStrong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to executionProven track record of building and executing experiments, including creative testing and personalizationBasic HTML/CSS skillsExperience working with the templating language LiquidComfortable working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environmentsFamiliar with deliverability best practicesQuick learner, actively adopting AI tools in your workflowExcellent oral and written communication skillsDeep experience with customer.io preferred; experience with Amplitude and familiarity with SQL a plusCompensationThe annual base salary range for this position in the US is $116,000 - $137,000 USD, and in Canada is $118,000 - $139,000 CAD, plus equity and benefits. This range is designed to align with market rates in areas where we are actively recruiting across the US and Canada.The range displayed reflects the target for new hire salaries, and within this range, individual pay is determined by your skills and experience, as well as relevant education.
