Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end documentation process for commercial equipment lease and loan transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, leases, and financial agreements with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings, resolve any discrepancies, and secure required legal agreements.
- Track and reconcile vendor invoices and proof of payments to support transaction accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, accounting, and operations to facilitate seamless transaction workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and service providers, regarding documentation and titling requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized transaction records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Monitor and manage insurance certifications to align with transaction requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in paralegal, contract administration, or a related role with a focus on finance or legal processes.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Prior experience with UCC filings and lien searches is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage client and stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong aptitude for learning new tools and systems.
