Lead Specialist, Partner Co-Marketing Event ActivationLead high-impact co-marketing event activations with enterprise partners, delivering integrated experiences that drive engagement, pipeline, and measurable business growth.About the RoleAs a Lead Specialist, Partner Co-Marketing Event Activation, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, customer-facing event experiences in partnership with enterprise organisations such as hyperscalers.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will own key components of partner event strategy and execution — translating shared objectives into seamless, integrated activations across pre-event, onsite, and post-event phases.You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and external partners to ensure every activation is aligned, impactful, and commercially effective, while also acting as a subject matter expert and coach to more junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Activation Planning & IntegrationLead the development of activation briefs aligned to partner goals, audience needs, and business outcomesCoordinate integrated promotional plans across internal teams and external partnersEnsure alignment across pre-event, onsite, and post-event activitiesAdapt activation plans in response to evolving partner requirements within agreed governanceEvent Execution (Onsite & Digital)Deliver end-to-end activation plans including partner touchpoints, sessions, executive moments, and experiential elementsEnsure all partner commitments are met with high standards of quality and operational readinessAct as the on-site lead for issue resolution, quickly managing risks and maintaining delivery momentumCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to align messaging, targeting, and follow-up strategiesProvide clear and consistent stakeholder updates on progress, risks, and dependenciesEnsure a seamless “one team” experience across all contributorsMeasurement, Lead Flow & ROIEmbed measurement frameworks into activations, including lead capture, engagement tracking, and follow-up actionsSupport reporting on event performance, including pipeline influence and lead outcomesCapture insights and lessons learned to inform future activationsQuality Assurance & Team DevelopmentReview and refine partner-facing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignmentReduce revision cycles through strong upfront quality controlCoach and support junior team members on best practices in event activation and partner engagementKey DeliverablesPartner activation briefs with defined objectives, audience, success measures, and integrated plansDetailed activation plans and run-of-show documentationHigh-quality partner-facing assets (e.g. messaging, scripts, signage, follow-up materials)Post-event summaries including performance insights, partner feedback, and recommendationsSkills & ExperienceExperience delivering complex, customer-facing events or marketing activationsStrong understanding of B2B or enterprise marketing, ideally with partner or co-marketing exposureProven ability to manage end-to-end event execution, including onsite deliveryExcellent stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partnersStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsExperience working with performance metrics, lead capture, and campaign measurementHigh attention to detail, with a focus on quality and execution excellenceAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time during live eventsExperience mentoring or supporting junior team members is advantageousWhy Join Pearson?At Pearson, we are the world’s learning company, operating in more than 70 countries.
