The roleWe are looking for a Lead Product Manager to help shape and scale Cureety’s product for the US healthcare market.You will drive key product areas across our platform, including the patient app, clinician workflows, and care coordination tools. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, clinical reality, operations, and execution, turning complex oncology workflows into simple and effective product experiences.You will work closely with the Head of AI & US Product, the COO / US Market Lead, and the engineering, design, clinical, and data teams to bring new capabilities into real-world use.This role is for someone who wants to build products that do not just look good in demos, but actually work in live care settings.What You Will Be DoingDrive product development for the US marketOwn product discovery and delivery for key US-focused initiativesAdapt and evolve the platform for US clinical workflows, reimbursement models, and system constraintsIdentify opportunities to solve both current operational pain points and emerging care delivery challengesHelp shape the product roadmap based on user needs, business priorities, and market realitiesTurn complex oncology workflows into usable productsTranslate real clinical and operational workflows into simple, effective product experiencesDesign for nurses managing high patient volumes, physicians making time-sensitive decisions, and patients navigating complex treatment journeysBuild products that fit into the current digital ecosystem rather than adding operational burdenBring AI into the product in a practical and trusted wayHelp define and integrate AI-powered capabilities such as copilots, workflow automation, and recommendationsFocus on usefulness, trust, transparency, and workflow fitEnsure AI improves decision-making and operational efficiency without increasing cognitive load for care teamsContribute to AI product thinking as a strategic differentiator for the US marketWork directly with US care organizationsPartner with cancer centers, community practices, clinicians, administrators, and operatorsRun pilots, gather feedback, and iterate quicklyTurn field insights into clear product decisions and shipped improvementsOwn execution end-to-endDrive roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for your product areasWork closely with engineering, design, UX, clinical, and data teamsBalance speed, adoption, clinical safety, and regulatory constraintsDefine success metrics and learn from product outcomes in the fieldWhat You’ll Help ChangeYou will be working where it matters most - at a time where oncology care transformation is not an option:Earlier detection, intervention and care for patientsBetter experiences for patients, creating care that reflects their daily lives and needsConnecting precision therapies to precision careLess fragmentation in cancer care, including for diverse communitiesMore time for clinicians to focus on patientsBetter access to innovative therapiesEconomic sustainability
