It is used by 30% of radiologists in the US, generates tens of millions of patient reports per year, is deeply embedded in high-volume clinical workflows, and influences care decisions thousands of times per day.As the Lead Product Manager for Rad AI Impressions, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the next generation of impression automation and agentic AI, including:Ensuring clinical accuracy and consistencyPersonalizing AI output to radiologist reporting styleStreamlining workflows to increase reading efficiencySupporting seamless integration across reporting and dictation systemsThis role sits at the intersection of model performance, workflow design, clinical trust, and scaled enterprise deployment—making it one of the highest-impact product roles in the company.What You’ll Be Doing:Own the product roadmap for Rad AI Impressions from ideation through launch and continuous improvementCollaborate with ML research, data science, and engineering teams to convert model improvements into meaningful workflow benefitsOptimize accuracy, stability, and efficiency of AI-generated impressions across subspecialties and modalitiesDesign human-in-the-loop review workflows that maximize radiologist trust and efficiencyDefine and measure success metrics such as time saved per read, accuracy, adoption, radiologist satisfaction, and performance stabilityConduct deep customer and radiologist discovery to understand workflow variation and reporting style needsWork with implementation and customer success to support successful rollouts and monitor real-world performanceEnsure compliance with privacy, security, clinical safety, and regulatory standardsWho You Are:10+ years of experience, including 5+ years product management experience, including 3+ years leading AI/ML products in productionProven experience shipping complex products in enterprise or workflow-heavy environmentsStrong understanding of ML evaluation, feedback loops, and continuous improvementExcellent communicator who can translate high technical complexity into customer-facing valueHighly collaborative across engineering, ML, design, clinical, and go-to-market teamsDeeply motivated by solving real-world clinician workflow and patient care challengesIt’s a Plus If You Have:Experience in healthcare technology, radiology, medical imaging, or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with generative AI / LLMs / multimodal modelingExperience with production ML monitoring, retraining, or ML Ops systemsPrior product ownership of multi-tenant or large enterprise SaaS platformsJoin our world-class team as we build and deploy AI solutions that empower physicians and transform patient care—making a meaningful impact on millions of lives.
