RoleWorld Golf Tour is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own Live Operations strategy and tactical execution for our successful cross-platform golf title, WGT. A leader in online golf, WGT has offered realistic and authentic virtual golf to players around the globe since 2008, and we’re propelling our next phase of growth by building upon our outstanding team. This is a critical ownership role deeply embedded into future growth initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDrive Live Event scheduling, design, tuning, and improvement priorities, coordinating and configuring internallyManage Content Pipelines against release calendar, optimizing output against measurable upsideDevelop foundational VIP program, proactively supporting and re-engaging our top playersCoordinate with the Data team to analyze Live Ops performance, regularly seeking continual improvementCollaborate with Roadmap Development Product Management to align on Feature priorities and Release supportLead a cross-functional Live Operations group, and manage a small team of production coordinatorsExperience and Skills5+ years of experience in Product Management, Live Operations, or Live Production within the mobile gaming industryExperience managing Live Operation strategy and delivery, including Event, Sales, and Content setup, on a live titleExperience working within smaller organizations, ability to lead on the ground Strong analytical skills, comfortable working in Excel with a history of data-informed decision makingExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenAbout UsWorld Golf Tour is a leader in online golf, delivering the most realistic and immersive virtual golf experience to players around the globe.
