In this role, you will serve as a key product leader responsible for translating business needs into platform capabilities that enable personalized, data-driven customer experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.This role is focused on growing adoption and usage of Adobe Experience Platform as an enterprise platform. Success in this role means partnering with key lines of business to translate requirements into detailed product features for engineering teams to enable. Your ability to collaborate with engineering and other platform teams to solve challenges will be key to your success. Your work will scale AEP as an enterprise platform and provide stakeholders with clear visibility into AEP’s performance and value.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, engineering, data, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of AEP featuresTranslate business requirements into detailed product features and user stories, prioritizing based on impact and feasibilityCollaborate with Adobe account teams and solution architects to optimize platform usage and stay ahead of product innovationsProduct Strategy & ExecutionAssist in maintaining the product roadmap for AEP capabilities, aligned with enterprise goals and customer experience strategiesLead agile product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomesCustomer-Centric DesignAdvocate for customer needs by leveraging data, feedback, and research to inform product decisionsEnsure AEP capabilities support personalized, omnichannel experiences that drive engagement and satisfactionGovernance & ComplianceEngage legal, privacy, and data governance teams to ensure platform features comply with HIPAA, GDPR, TCPA, and other relevant regulations when applicableEmbed consent and preference management into AEP workflows and data modelsMeasurement & OptimizationDefine success metrics and KPIs for AEP initiatives, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvementConduct platform audits and usage reviews to ensure data quality, scalability, and business valueUse your skills to make an impact Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise Martech platformsHands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Adobe AnalyticsStrong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization strategiesProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiativesExcellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Knowledge of data governance frameworks and consent management best practicesTravel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
