The Role Drive the voice of our brand and support the Global Brand Marketing & Partnerships team to grow the beloved Lovevery brand. We are looking for a Lead Marketing Copywriter with extensive experience writing performance-based, D2C copy for social ads, TV ads, YouTube ads, marketing emails, push and SMS, print, packaging, and website. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who is passionate about crafting on-brand copy that makes customers feel understood—and drives action. You must be efficient and able create and edit high-impact copy with minimal oversight. Experience using ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to ideate, refine, and scale content is essential. You will report directly to the Director of Brand Marketing, and work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities Produce and/or edit all marketing and brand copyCreate and train custom GPTs tailored to Lovevery’s brand voice, product knowledge, and marketing needs to scale high-quality copywriting across channelsDevelop best practices and training to help teams use ChatGPT effectively while maintaining brand voiceEnsure AI-assisted outputs meet Lovevery’s standardsExecute on a high volume of short form copy while maintaining brand alignment and high standards for craft Partner with our Creative team to create high-performing ads for social, TV, and YouTubePartner with our Lifecycle team to create compelling and actionable email marketing campaigns that drive conversion and retentionWrite (or edit) effective push and SMS copy, print, packaging, and brand copyEnsure cohesive copy across channelsImmerse yourself in child development science and Lovevery products and content to ensure you are communicating with credibility and brand alignment Your experience Impeccable copy craft, with an emphasis on performance-based marketing copy (ads, emails, push, SMS, packaging)Experience creating, training, or fine-tuning custom GPTs to reflect brand voice, product knowledge, and marketing strategiesA link to an online portfolio showcasing your work is required (include link on your resume)5+ years experience as an agency or in-house copywriter for innovative consumer brandsProfessional and personal knowledge of the early childhood space, as well as an extensive understanding of industry trends and the key players in the competitive landscape Your approach Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines without much oversightAbility to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentAppreciation for aesthetics, design, and their important role in maximizing the impact of your copyDetail-oriented and obsessive about writing quality and impact The Benefits/Perks You’ll Enjoy Competitive salary, benefits and stock option package3 weeks PTO in year 1 +14 paid holidaysGenerous parental leaveAny equipment you need to get the job doneFree/discounted Lovevery productsRemote working option available anywhere in the US Salary Range Information Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
