Klaviyo Implementation Specialist for Marketing Agency (US-Based, Remote)

Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.We are specifically looking for someone who can think at an architectural level about how a Klaviyo account should be structured, make those decisions independently, and execute them with minimal oversight.This is not a role for someone who has simply been trained in using Klaviyo. This is a role for someone who understands the platform and email as a channel deeply enough to troubleshoot, strategize, understand unique use cases, and own implementation.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage flows, campaigns, templates, and segments across multiple Klaviyo accountsTranslate Figma designs into production-ready Klaviyo templates with accurate cross-client renderingConfigure advanced flow logic including filtering, suppression rules, conditional branching, flow splits, and A/B testsManage Recharge subscription flows and templates (active subscription, cancel save, skip/pause logic)Maintain Shopify integration: catalog sync, order data, custom properties, and event triggersTroubleshoot broken dynamic content, Liquid logic errors, rendering issues, and deliverability problemsSupport Customer.io implementation where applicableQA all builds before launch 5-10 years of relevant ESP experience3+ years of Klaviyo-specific experience, agency-side preferredAbility to own account architecture decisions: flow structure, segmentation logic, data properties, and integration setupExpert-level knowledge of Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and event-based logicStrong command of Liquid templating: dynamic blocks, conditional content, loops, and fallbacksExperience building templates directly from Figma or design filesSolid understanding of email deliverability and list hygieneShopify and Recharge integration experienceNice to haveCustomer.io (flows, in-app, transactional, API-triggered)Attentive or Postscript for SMSHTML/CSS for email Full-timeCompetitive Salary Work From Anywhere
