The K-12 Inbound Outreach Manager works alongside the K-12 Implementation and Marketing teams to increase adoption of Everfi's courses into K-12 classrooms, and to iterate on campaign strategy to make the K-12 marketing and implementation team’s efforts successful. Responsibilities Promptly follow-up and contact via call and/or email a high volume of educators who have expressed interest in courses and resources. This includes but is not limited to answering questions about courses and implementation, as well as explaining the value and differentiators of EVERFI courses and resources to educators to secure trainings and meetings on behalf of local team members.  Log activity (calls, meetings etc.) and notes in Salesforce and keep contact information of educators contacted up to date.  Train teachers on how to register and use the Everfi platform in order to develop relationships and nurture interested educators toward commitment to using Everfi resources.  Develop and revise email campaign language and strategy to increase lead conversions from marketing channels - this includes but is not limited to utilizing tactics such as A/B testing and audience segmentation.  Collaborate with K-12 marketing to provide feedback and refine marketing efforts in order to bring in high quality leads for outreach to achieve success on established goals.  Apply the strategy behind the K-12 Marketing funnel in order to qualify, reject and remarket leads.  Communicate regularly with the K-12 Implementation team to transition and handover relationships with educators in their regions - collaborate with Schools Managers in assigned territories to share results and trends from inbound outreach campaigns and recommend strategies for ongoing outreach.  Stay up to date on the latest trends within the K-12 system, education technology, and Everfi’s platform and courses: understand standards alignment, challenges faced by educators, implementation best practices across the country, etc.  Collaborate with team members to determine best practices for outreach and develop a strategy for responding to inbound inquiries.  Conduct internet research to identify new trends in the K-12 Education Technology space, and to establish best practices for inbound lead conversion rates for Everfi educators. Other job related duties as assigned.  Experience, Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in education or sales roles handling a high volume of daily calls  Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with strong professional presence  Driven with a goal-oriented mindset  Ability to build and maintain relationships  Strong work ethic and positive attitude  Quick learner, resourceful and ability to troubleshoot  Experience using Salesforce.com or other data management systems preferred  Background in Sales and/or Education is a plus  Ability to travel 5% of the time
