Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Escondido, CA. As a Junior SDR, you will be part of a focused team dedicated to growing our customer base in the enterprise software, cloud platforms, and B2B tech sectors. This role is perfect for those looking to kickstart their career in tech sales, offering hands-on experience in a supportive and innovative environment. You will work the second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, providing you with the unique opportunity to make impactful connections with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and nurture leads through various communication channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Manage and update CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure accurate data tracking.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs within a 30-mile radius.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for lead generation.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Experience in SaaS or the technology sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
