Job Title: Junior Salesforce Admin – Marketing Cloud Location: 100% Remote Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Admin with strong Marketing Cloud experience to support day-to-day administration, campaign execution, and platform optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Marketing Cloud operations and supporting marketing teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder) Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data extensions Support email campaign setup, execution, testing, and deployment Assist with journey configuration and automation workflows Perform data imports, segmentation, deduplication, and data hygiene Troubleshoot Marketing Cloud issues and coordinate with internal teams Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Strong understanding of Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries and segmentation Experience with campaign testing, QA, and change management Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment
